I saw Randeep Huda’s Savarkar yesterday 😎 with my two nephews. All three of us liked the movie, so even Genext also enjoyed it.

There are so many facts generally not known about him and misleading controversies purposely floated around him. Also many historically facts have been swept off the table or brushed under the carpet, which are highlighted in the movie, so it does a great job is setting the narrative right.

SO I THINK ITS A MUST SEE.

However I find the movie inadequate in many aspects, the budget constraints are obvious,
off course the vastness of Savarkar thoughts is improbable to be captured in a 3 hr film, but still it does a decent job at it.

The striking lacuna’s are:

  1. The beginning feels like a documentary or unconnected pieces, as there is no story/narrative established, for worst part which must be deleted I will come back to it later (#10)
  2. I wish RH had got at least the “Sagara pran Talmalala” in a proper marathi accent it was jarring.
  3. Kamala the Epic Poem is not even mentioned, although its creation is shown and referred to but wont be noticed by the ones who are not aware what “Kamala” is
  4. Many will find the reality of MKG unpalatable but there is nothing beyond facts albeit the presentation is stark.
  5. Savarkar’s start of eating Non-Veg scene is obscurely covered or may be I was distracted
  6. Many historical events/incidents are covered in English Sub title which can be easily be missed, could have tried a voice over.
  7. How VDS torture in Andaman’s reached press is not clear.
  8. The Monologue on who is a Hindu could have been slowed down and prolonged , RH could have toned down his acting a bit, but I guess masses get what they wanted out of it.
  9. I don’t find any historical records of Bhagat Singh having travelled to Ratnagiri to meet VDS, however the scene is what could have been, shown as what happened.
  10. Worst & inaccurate depiction of Rand during his Plague control efforts is shown to be raping women which is absolutely a falsehood, should have been avoided, still Must be deleted from future shows.

I strongly recommend for all to watch the movie to improve our own understanding of our history, of course pseudo seculars will find the movie offensive as it disrupts the well set agenda till date.

TO PROVE ME WRONG GO AND JUST SEE THE MOVIE.

PS: I saw Dune2 and paid ₹1,500/ head in Jio Drive , saw Savarkar in Jio Plaz Insignia a far superior auditorium with free water , blanket, pillows on the recliners at just ₹500/ head. So obvious doubt, is some one or more specifically Neeta Ambani subsidizing the Movie ??????

Ten Financial lessons from Ramayan.💐🙏 https://yuvamorcha.com/2024/02/02/ten-financial-lessons-from-ramayan-%f0%9f%92%90%f0%9f%99%8f/ https://yuvamorcha.com/2024/02/02/ten-financial-lessons-from-ramayan-%f0%9f%92%90%f0%9f%99%8f/#respond Fri, 02 Feb 2024 15:22:07 +0000 https://yuvamorcha.com/?p=913 Ten Financial lessons from Ramayan.💐🙏

1. Secure your life :
You are not Laxman, and there is no Hanuman to get Sanjeevani for you…. so get health & life insurance
2. Set your budget :
Set “Laxman Rekha” of your financial budget and make sure not to cross it. Understand the difference between need and want …. be financially disciplined.
3. Contingency Fund :
Unexpectedly, Lord Ram was sent to ‘Vanvas’ for 14 Years and was forced to leave his luxurious Palace. Not everyone can live with such sudden changes in lifestyle. Have an adequate emergency fund to handle unforeseen circumstances.
4. Be Patient/Think Long Term :
During the 14 years of ‘Vanvas’, Lord Ram faced many ups and downs, including the kidnapping of Devi Sita. Lord Ram patiently waited until the situation was favourable, rather than choosing shortcuts. Stay invested for the long term, there is no shortcut to success.
5. Choose advisors wisely
Kaikeyi took Manthara’s advice… & Ramayan happened. Stay away from those trying to sell Lucrative policies, products and from distributors who are disguised as advisors for their own benefit.
6. Build Corpus
Lord Ram, Sita, and Laxman left Ayodhya with nothing. They patiently built their network and Vanar Sena over the years in order to reach the objective of defeating the Ravan. It takes patience to build a corpus, to defeat inflation in the long run.
7.Cultivate discipline :
Lord Ram practiced “Dharma” in order to be right, responsible and disciplined in life. Apply a similar theory to your life. Save judiciously, spend carefully and invest wisely for a disciplined financial life.
8. Wipe your slate and start over
The 14-day Lanka War marked the defeat of evil and set the stage for a new path. Similarly, forget bad decisions that you made in the past and make informed decisions to streamline your financial journey.
9. Wealth creation demands time.
If you want to create wealth & have ‘Sone ki lanka’, have patience to sleep over investment for 14 years like Kumbhakarna had done.
10. Believe in karma
Continue to do good things and karma will eventually reach you.

Loving MODI…. Beyond Politics…….. https://yuvamorcha.com/2024/01/26/loving-modi-beyond-politics/ https://yuvamorcha.com/2024/01/26/loving-modi-beyond-politics/#respond Fri, 26 Jan 2024 06:54:17 +0000 https://yuvamorcha.com/?p=787 Loving MODI…. Beyond Politics……..

There are several reasons to be Narendra Modi’s admirer and supporter (independent of his political power and chosen goals)

1.You can never see this leader in shabby clothes or improper hair style or confused state of mind.

2.His body language is commanding, his gait is manly.

  1. He resembles a saint in saffron, a soldier in military attire and a divine prince in normal daily wear.

4.Patriotism is his breath and discipline is in his blood.

  1. In whosoever world leader’s company he is,  his talent dominates, others appear less talented.

6.Several apparently impossible election promises were fulfilled, we have never seen of any other leader in the past.

7.Though he is in nation’s higher hieararchy, he never favours his family. Could never see siblings around him, never ever.

  1. He never avails any holiday.
  2. He has never fallen sick. None has seen him with woollen shawl over his head or neck.
  3. He knows how much to talk and when  to keep quiet.
  4. Being so busy, none has seen him exhausted. Sense of humour is excellent.

12.His speech is sharp and incomparable. Fluency of his language, clarity of thought, articulation in speech all augur well for the country.

13.He is never afraid of the gimmicks and challenges of political foes.

14.He does not waste his time answering the foolishness of opponents. Yet he is wholly committed to his duty with acumen.

  1. He is a fusion of the three virtues – health, tradition and honesty.

16.Not only his decisions but also his shrewedness, timing and dedication are noteworthy.

  1. His grandeur resembles a holy symbol of Hindu culture.
  2. His powerful eyes are capable of making him a hypnotist.
  3. This man has no confusion, fear or selfishness.

20.Lastly even at 73, this man works 15 to 20 hours a day. We have not seen him yawning.

IF YOU FEEL COMMITTED TO THIS WRITING,

IF YOU REALISE HE is Truly doing and working hard for the NATION untiringly with dedication and passion ,
THEN PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO-YOUR and MODI’S WELL-WISHERS,OTHER GROUPS… AND YOUR CONTACTS…

SC: Companies Act does not override, deal with law of succession https://yuvamorcha.com/2024/01/24/sc-companies-act-does-not-override-deal-with-law-of-succession/ https://yuvamorcha.com/2024/01/24/sc-companies-act-does-not-override-deal-with-law-of-succession/#respond Wed, 24 Jan 2024 18:26:18 +0000 https://yuvamorcha.com/?p=773 SC: Companies Act does not override, deal with law of succession

SC rules that the Companies Act does not deal with the law of succession nor does it override the laws of succession, therefore, a departure from this settled position of law is not at all warranted; Stating that there is a complex layer of commercial considerations that are to be taken into account while dealing with the issue of nomination pertaining to companies or until legal heirs are able to sufficiently establish their right of succession to the company, SC opines that, therefore, offering a discharge to the entity once the nominee is in picture is quite distinct from granting ownership of securities to nominees instead of the legal heirs, and adds, “Nomination process therefore does not override the succession laws. Simply said, there is no third mode of succession that the scheme of the Companies Act, 1956 (pari materia provisions in Companies Act, 2013) and Depositories Act, 1996 aims or intends to provide.”;

Elucidating that the vesting of securities in favour of the nominee contemplated u/s 109A of the Companies Act 1956 (pari materia Sec. 72 of Companies Act, 2013) & Bye-Law 9.11.1 of Depositories Act, 1996 is for a limited purpose i.e., to ensure that there exists no confusion pertaining to legal formalities that are to be undertaken upon the death of the holder and by extension, to protect the subject matter of nomination from any protracted litigation until the legal representatives of the deceased holder are able to take appropriate steps, SC specifies that the object of introduction of nomination facility vide the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1999 was only to provide an impetus to the investment climate and ease the cumbersome process of obtaining various letters of succession, from different authorities upon the shareholder’s death;

Further, Apex Court emphasizes that consistent interpretation is given by courts on the question of nomination, i.e., upon the holder’s death, the nominee would not get an absolute title to the subject matter of nomination, and those would apply to the Companies Act, 1956 (pari materia provisions in Companies Act, 2013) and the Depositories Act, 1996 as well, and outlines that an individual dealing with estate planning or succession laws understands nomination to take effect in a particular manner and expects the implication to be no different for devolution of securities per se, therefore, an interpretation otherwise would inevitably lead to confusion and possibly complexities, in the succession process, something that ought to be eschewed; Lastly, holding that it is beyond the scope of the company’s affairs to facilitate succession planning of the shareholder, SC concludes “In case of a will, it is upon the administrator or executor under the Indian Succession Act, 1925, or in case of intestate succession, the laws of succession to determine the line of succession.”:SC

The order was passed by a Division Bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice Pankaj Mithal.

#AyodhyaRamMandir- CONGRATULATIONS INDIA https://yuvamorcha.com/2024/01/23/ayodhyarammandir-congratulations-india/ https://yuvamorcha.com/2024/01/23/ayodhyarammandir-congratulations-india/#respond Tue, 23 Jan 2024 06:07:20 +0000 https://yuvamorcha.com/?p=743 CONGRATULATIONS INDIA

The temple in Ayodhya is a milestone.

Not because it’s where Ram was born or because Hindus have run out of temples. No, it’s a milestone because it’s a crucial precedent. A statement. Not of Hindu supremacy or Hindu Rashtra, but of something far more fundamental and far more encompassing than just Hindutva. Let me start with some snippets from the past.

Most Muslim-mandir interactions did not result in destruction. They resulted in conversion. Even when destroyed, the materials and the site were invested into the construction of a new mosque. Now India is no small geography. There was never a shortage of land for new structures. And yet, they chose to build them exactly where temples stood before. Why?

Not because they needed a place of worship, but because they needed to humiliate. To establish conquest. To loot too, but mostly to make the statement.

No, it’s not practical to undo every single one of those episodes. But it’s crucial, VERY crucial to ensure that history doesn’t get dismissed selectively.

For the longest time, it has been.

Not just in India but the world over. Every continent Islam has touched, places of worship have magically turned into mosques. Countless Zoroastrian fire temples, countless churches and even cathedrals, countless synagogues…have fallen to this deluge of institutional savagery. Hagia Sofia and Temple Mount are just the better-known names. But lesser names abound. Iran and Central Asia are littered with mosques that used to be atashgahs or fire temples.

Spain is littered with grand churches that irreversibly converted to mosque under the 800-year-old Islamic rule. But that country, credit where due, managed to revert most of those back to their former selves.

Others haven’t been so successful. Once a mosque, always a mosque, with some tiny handful of exceptions
Of course, this is just one drop in an ocean that encompasses every inhabited continent.
This wasn’t right. This isn’t right. In the game of bloodthirsty oneupmanship, one religion, one community has always come on top either by the sword, or by tears.

As of last reckoning, the number of places of worship the world has lost to Islam runs in five figures. Is there any merit in reverting all of them? Of course, not. But leaving them be sends out, has sent out so far, a terrible message—that what you take by force remains yours. And taking it back from you somehow makes you a victim.

That message is dishonest. That message enables entitlement.

What doesn’t belong to you, should not remain with you. Not forever anyway.

The temple in Ayodhya is a precedent.

That this reversal is possible.

Whether others follow suit is immaterial.
Whether Ram was born there is immaterial.
Whether Hindus have enough temples is immaterial.
Whether there’s enough mosques is immaterial.

The only fact of any consequence is that this one didn’t belong to you. You should have gracefully relented and saved face. You chose violence.

As you always have.

Congratulations India!

Modi-hate is deep rooted in ‘Ashoka Syndrome’

An interesting article by a Retd. Army Officer

In India, it’s never about ideology. It is only about civilisation.

And to put it on record this is why PM Modi faces a massive smear campaign!

But this did not start in 2014. It started long ago, we have to go back by centuries to understand this.

India wasn’t born in 1947, because unlike many other countries we only got independence and were not created afresh. Therefore, what happened before 1947 is as important as what happened after 1947.

The most underrated event in our history being the Kalinga war of 265 BC.

The war changed not only Ashoka, the famous Mauryan ruler but it would also change India for centuries to come.
The emperor became a pacifist. Whatever be his own ideology, it is easy to confuse his reluctance to wage war with a senseless defensive mindset, however for years to come, the Indian civilisation became utterly defensive.

Succeeding Indian dyanasties and emperors would avoid expansionism, but their ability to perceive and pre-empt threats also went down. Compromise and forgiveness became the keywords of our civilisation.

The Ashoka Syndrome would soon become the Prithviraj Syndrome.

Indians have been valiant warriors, but the issue is that of excessive magnanimity.
Prithviraj Chauhan defeated Muhammad Ghori in the 11th century, but let him go. Later, Ghori defeated and blinded him.

In the course of this thread, you will realise how we keep getting betrayed just like Prithviraj Chauhan, another 10 centuries later.

Anyway, Prithviraj Chauhan’s unnecessary magnanimity allowed Islamic conquest of India.
This, of course, led to centuries of plunder.

After the Kalinga war, we never achieved a system that would match up to the aggression against Indian civilisation. The unnecessarily defensive regime would give way to Islamic conquest, and Islamic conquest would give way to the British Raj.

Needless to mention, the social thinkers and commoners also became timid about their own civilisation.

Britishers made us believe that we were misogynist and archaic.

Some of our most celebrated social thinkers relentlessly promoted British education as a panacea.

As I said, everything is about civilisation. Every successive regime shamed anyone who tried to stand up for civilisational pride.

British era made way for the Nehruvian era. India’s political leadership again ordained that India would adopt strategic restraint.

China entered our territory. So, India’s first Prime Minister said, “not a blade of grass grows” in those barren mountains.

Of course, no one in the intellectual lobby protested. Nehru was doing what they wanted him to do.
Be magnanimous to the extent of being self-destructive. Nehru was only continuing what started with the Kalinga war.

Then came Indira. She suffered the Prithviraj syndrome. Won the 1971 war, but gave away all the exploits in Shimla Agreement.

Pak turned another Ghori. ISI came up with a doctrine – Bleed India to Death by Thousand Cuts”.

This doesn’t end here. Vajpayee faced the wrath of the ecosystem for many reasons. The only thing they don’t criticise him for, is not crossing the LoC during the Kargil war.

This is again a manifestation of extreme generosity. Pak could cross the LoC but India would not.

The Parliament attack happened, we didn’t retaliate. Operation Prakram never materialised into anything.

Few years later, 26/11 happened. But India’s then PM Manmohan Singh chose “strategic restraint” and indulged in self-congratulation!
No one in the powerful lobby criticised him.

As long as you don’t go beyond the Lakshman Rekha that has been drawn by the centuries of timidity, no one will rebuke you.

But PM Modi went a step further. Pakistan attacked in Uri, so the Para SF caused damage to the terror launchpads across the LoC.

With the Balakot airstrikes, he went several steps further.

Of course, he is hated.

After several centuries, India is pre-empting the threats.

We had stopped pre-empting in 265 BC, how come we can do it now!

Modi-hate is not about ideology, it’s about the civilisation !!!

I wish and I hope that this Modi succeeds in transforming our mindset for the other Modis to follow suit, because one Modi will not be sufficient to clear the mental rot accumulated through centuries.

🙏🏼🙏🏼🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🙏🏼🙏🏼
