“West Bengal has been on a decline ever since 1963, when Chief Minister of the state Bidhan Chandra Roy passed away. He reinforced the foundations of the state after partition of 1947, got the Durgapur & Alloy Steel Plant, Chittaranjan Locomotives, India’s 1st satellite town in Kalyani, Digha Beach Resort, expanded the engineering industries, set up engineering, technology, medical, management, and other institutes.

Calcutta and Jadavpur used to be the prime universities in India those days. West Bengal had the IIM, IIT, Indian Statistical Institute, the Operations Research School, Bengal Engineering College, besides, of course, Presidency College, SXC, Scottish Church and many other venerable institutes.

It was the HQ of Birla, JK, Bangur, and Thapar and Tata. The grand Tata Centre was built for that purpose. This was the vision of TATA’S. Most of their investment was in Jamshedpur. Most foreign companies had their India HQs in Calcutta. This was the reason Calcutta has best of the Clubs in the country. It had the highest number of International flights, Bombay used to serve mainly Aden, Muscat, and East Africa.

And then ‘Ashok Kumar Nite’ happened in February 1968. Women were dragged out and their naked dead raped bodies were found in and around the lake over the next two days. The CPM leaders (Jyoti Basu & Co) called it “the rise of the proletariat against the bourgeoisie” and justified it.

Calcutta started emptying. Soon after, Aditya Birla was dragged out of his car between GPO & RBI, opposite Writers Building, thrashed, clothes torn, stripped down to his undergarments and made to walk like that to his office at 15 India Exchange Place. With a crowd roaring in laughter and jeering, he went home and took a flight to Bombay, never to return. He took all his money and offices out of Bengal. Today they are one of the top industrial houses in the country.

So did JK, so did Thapar, within a month. So did most entrepreneurs, so did most MNCs. Latest example was ousting of Tata Nano. Those were ‘Mass Exodus’ of money and employment from the state. Today no Industrial house plans to start any project in the state. That, this being the dream that the Communists wanted, and there is no change by the present government too.

Communists in West Bengal started their political power capturing from ‘Ashok Kumar Nite’ in 1968 and went through ‘Sain Bari killings’ in 1970, ‘Marichjhapi massacre’ in 1979, ‘Bijon Setu massacre’ of 1982 to ‘Bantala gang rape’ of 1990, ‘Nanoor massacre’ of 2000 and ‘Nandigram massacre’ of 2007 by the Communists.

The Communists destroyed the work culture and closed down thousands of factories in West Bengal in the name of violent Trade Union and Co-ordination Committee of Govt and semi-govt employees. The state has been infected with culture of ‘Cut Money’, ‘Syndicate raaj’, Para-teachers, Civic Volunteers and migration of lakhs of labourers to other states, started during the LF regime and still continuing as the Work Culture cannot be changed overnight.

Those educated ones, who could not cope up with destruction of West Bengal migrated out to other parts of India; to other countries.

One finds so many teachers, scientists, researchers, doctors, economists, artists, from West Bengal in the US, UK, France, Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, but none worth the name here in Bengal. It was a ‘Mass Exodus’ of brains.

The people of West Bengal have been strangely watching this downhill journey of the state for five decades and will do so unfortunately for another five decades.

PS: Number of beggars per hundred thousand population is highest (89) in West Bengal at present. This is the bottom line.

THE PRESENT GENERATION IS UNAWARE OF THE REASONS FOR THE FALL OF GOLDEN BENGAL.

This piece of History is kept away from them by the perpetrators to achieve their mean goal.

I saw Randeep Huda’s Savarkar yesterday with my two nephews. All three of us liked the movie, so even Genext also enjoyed it.

There are so many facts generally not known about him and misleading controversies purposely floated around him. Also many historically facts have been swept off the table or brushed under the carpet, which are highlighted in the movie, so it does a great job is setting the narrative right.

SO I THINK ITS A MUST SEE.

However I find the movie inadequate in many aspects, the budget constraints are obvious,
off course the vastness of Savarkar thoughts is improbable to be captured in a 3 hr film, but still it does a decent job at it.

The striking lacuna’s are:

1. The beginning feels like a documentary or unconnected pieces, as there is no story/narrative established, for worst part which must be deleted I will come back to it later (#10)
2. I wish RH had got at least the “Sagara pran Talmalala” in a proper marathi accent it was jarring.
3. Kamala the Epic Poem is not even mentioned, although its creation is shown and referred to but wont be noticed by the ones who are not aware what “Kamala” is
4. Many will find the reality of MKG unpalatable but there is nothing beyond facts albeit the presentation is stark.
5. Savarkar’s start of eating Non-Veg scene is obscurely covered or may be I was distracted
6. Many historical events/incidents are covered in English Sub title which can be easily be missed, could have tried a voice over.
7. How VDS torture in Andaman’s reached press is not clear.
8. The Monologue on who is a Hindu could have been slowed down and prolonged , RH could have toned down his acting a bit, but I guess masses get what they wanted out of it.
9. I don’t find any historical records of Bhagat Singh having travelled to Ratnagiri to meet VDS, however the scene is what could have been, shown as what happened.
10. Worst & inaccurate depiction of Rand during his Plague control efforts is shown to be raping women which is absolutely a falsehood, should have been avoided, still Must be deleted from future shows.

I strongly recommend for all to watch the movie to improve our own understanding of our history, of course pseudo seculars will find the movie offensive as it disrupts the well set agenda till date.

TO PROVE ME WRONG GO AND JUST SEE THE MOVIE.

PS: I saw Dune2 and paid ₹1,500/ head in Jio Drive , saw Savarkar in Jio Plaz Insignia a far superior auditorium with free water , blanket, pillows on the recliners at just ₹500/ head. So obvious doubt, is some one or more specifically Neeta Ambani subsidizing the Movie ??????

This has raised significant security concerns, as the IB highlights in its report submitted to the Union Home Department.

Further investigations are underway, focusing on funds from Malaysia being invested in quarries and turf court’s in Kerala. Numerous institutions in Wayanad are now under IB surveillance, with particular attention given to potential connections between these colonies and quarries.

Introduction:
The UAE Federal Tax Authority has issued guidelines for determination of Corporate Tax liability on Individuals.

The guide provides a “comprehensive and simplified” explanation and instructions for natural persons making income in the UAE.

The term natural person refers to a “living human person of any age, whether resident in the UAE or elsewhere”.

A Summary of the guidelines:
1. A natural person must register for corporate tax purposes and obtain a Tax Registration Number if their total turnover from business or business activities exceeds Dh1 million ($272,294) within a calendar year from 2024.

2. Income from wages, personal investment and real estate shall not be considered as arising from business activities.

3. Where a UAE non resident natural person conducts a business in UAE, he shall also be subject to corporate tax.

4. A natural person residing outside UAE may also be a non resident natural person and not subject to corporate tax in case they derive state sourced income ie income derived from UAE but not through business activities conducted in UAE.

5. Corporate tax rate is 9%.

6. Interest deduction cap of 30% applicable to corporates is not applicable to natural persons and the entire interest expense is tax deductible.

7. Transactions of natural persons with related parties shall be required to follow the arms length principle.

1. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra (PAN: AAZTS6197B) has been notified under sub-clause (b) of Section 80G(2), thus enabling deduction U/S 80G for donations made to the Trust.

2. Starting from the fiscal year 2020-21 and onwards, contributions made during this period are deemed eligible for deductions under Section 80G.

3. Regardless of whether the donation is made before or after the pran pratishtha of Ram Lalla, deduction is available U/S 80G subject to conditions.

4. We need to note that only 50% deduction available. Also, if the aggregate donation surpasses 10% of the adjusted gross total income, any excess amount beyond this threshold will not be eligible for deduction under Section 80G.

5. For claiming donation as a deduction, we need the receipt from the Trust, which is a proof of payment of donation.

6. We also need the Form 10BE as an evidence to support the Section 80G deduction while filing ITR.
