Codenamed Kiger, the SUV is based on CMF-A Modular platform, which is borrowed from Nissan Magnite.
The 1.0-litre engine paired with X-tronic CVT option is also set to do the transmission duties.

Renault India’s current portfolio includes entry-level hatchback and MPV, Kwid and Triber respectively, and the largely popular compact SUV – Duster. The upcoming sub-compact SUV will sit under Duster in the line-up. The SUV is likely to hit the road in the first quarter of 2021.
