GrowMoreFranchisees.com, an initiative of Intellex Strategic Consulting Private Limited, focuses on helping companies expand their business through robust franchise and dealership networks in India. We leverage our extensive connections within the business and professional community, both in India and internationally, to assist our clients in growing their franchise and dealership networks.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Onboarding businesses to our platform.
* Generating and converting leads for franchise and dealership services.
* Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.
* Gathering market insights and feedback from franchisors and franchisees.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
* Strong communication and persuasion skills.
* Previous experience in B2B marketing (preferred, but not mandatory).
* A self-driven approach with a growth mindset.
* Fluency in English and Hindi, along with any regional language.
Compensation will be commission-based on each successful franchise deal executed. High-performing candidates may be offered a core position within the team after a few months.
