1. A NBFC with 100 plus branches with INR 250 – 500- 750 Cr Gold Loan book – Phased acquisition
2. A NBFC- Carving out the Gold Loan book only along with its parallel Liabilities to Lenders- Rs. 250-Rs.750 cr size – Sort of Slump sale we can do
3. Co-lending- We can be a minor partner with 50% share from our side
4. NPA gold loan asset- Funding the stressed Borrower , retire the loan and take possession of the gold jewellery
